Most "advisors" are salespeople with a nicer title.

What You're Living With

Three different professionals who never speak. A "financial advisor" earning commission on every product he recommends. A CPA who only sees the damage in April. No one coordinating the whole picture.

  • Tax bills that "surprise" you every spring
  • Advisor who hides how he gets paid
  • No coordination between investments and taxes
  • Same plan you had at 40, now you're 58
  • Quarterly check-ins that feel like sales calls

What Alpha 1 Delivers

One firm. Investment advisers, in-house CPA, and estate planning all under one roof. Fiduciary by license, legally required to put your interests first, every single time.

  • Tax-aware portfolio decisions in real time
  • Fee-based, fiduciary-only model
  • Coordinated retirement and legacy plan
  • BlackRock-partnered investment strategy
  • SEC registered (CRD #175083)

When a Hall of Famer picks his own firm, pay attention.

He's heard every pitch. He picked this one.

"When you are in the public eye, you constantly get approached with the next great idea to invest in, mostly by opportunistic people trying to line their pockets." Terrell Davis, NFL Hall of Fame Running Back, Ownership Partner
"Then, I learned about 'Fiduciaries', who are required by license to put your best interests first. Most importantly, they are truly 'Advisors'." Terrell Davis, NFL Hall of Fame Running Back, Ownership Partner

Is this for you?

This Is For You If...

  • You have $250K+ in investable assets
  • You're 45-65 and inside 20 years of retirement
  • You're tired of commission-based "advisors"
  • You want one team handling investments, taxes, and legacy planning
  • You value a fiduciary standard over a sales pitch
  • You live in Colorado or are open to a remote relationship

This Is Not For You If...

  • You're looking for a get-rich-quick day-trading strategy
  • You have less than $250K to invest right now
  • You prefer DIY portfolio management with no coordination
  • You want crypto or speculative-asset-heavy positioning
  • You're looking for the cheapest fee, not the best plan
  • You're not willing to do a 30-minute review call

Questions, answered.

What is a fiduciary, and why does it matter?

+

A fiduciary is an adviser legally required to put your financial interests ahead of their own compensation. Most "financial advisors" are not fiduciaries — they earn commissions on the products they recommend. Alpha 1 is a SEC Registered Investment Adviser (CRD #175083), which means we operate under the fiduciary standard at all times. No commission products. No conflicts of interest hidden behind a friendly meeting.

Is the portfolio review actually free? What's the catch?

+

The review is genuinely free and there is no obligation to become a client. We sit down with you for 30 minutes, review your current allocations, look at your tax situation, and tell you what we see. If we're a fit, we'll show you what we'd do differently. If we're not a fit, you walk away with a clearer view of where you stand.

How are you paid if you're not commission-based?

+

As a fiduciary RIA, we do not earn commissions on the products we recommend. Our fee structure is explained in full during the portfolio review. There's no product on our shelf that pays us a kickback to recommend it to you.

How does the in-house CPA actually change things?

+

Most wealth firms make investment decisions and send a 1099 to your outside CPA in February. Our CPA sits at the same table as the investment team. Before a trade, before a rebalance, the tax impact gets reviewed. That means tax decisions and investment decisions are coordinated in real time, not reconciled after the fact.

I already have an advisor. Why would I switch?

+

You don't have to switch to book a review. The 30-minute review is just that: a review. If your current adviser is doing right by you, we'll tell you. If not, you'll see the gap before you make any decision. No pressure either way.

Same Fiduciary.
Same Standard.
Your Move.

30 minutes. Zero commitment. A clear, honest view of where your money actually stands — from the same firm an NFL Hall of Famer trusted with his own.
